Users are responsible for the servers, profiles, descriptions, images, links and other content they submit to 1VB.

You must have permission to promote a Discord server or profile. Submitted content must be accurate, lawful and comply with our platform rules.

We may review, reject, edit, remove or suspend listings and profiles that violate these terms or create risks for the community.

Having a listing on 1VB does not mean that we endorse, operate or verify the associated Discord server or profile.

1VB may provide bumping and promotional features to increase the visibility of servers and profiles.

Bump cooldowns, limits, eligibility requirements and promotional benefits may change over time.

Attempts to abuse, automate or manipulate promotional systems may result in the removal of benefits or suspension of your account or listing.

We do not guarantee a specific number of views, joins, followers or other results from using promotional features.

1VB may offer paid subscriptions, premium features or other optional services.

Pricing, subscription benefits, billing arrangements and renewal terms will be presented before purchase.

Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change premium features and pricing. Changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated where required.

You retain ownership of content you submit to 1VB. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the platform.

The 1VB name, branding, website design, software and original platform materials belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

You must not upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.

1VB integrates with or links to third-party services, including Discord. Those services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or actions of third-party services.

Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

Actions may include removing content, restricting features, suspending listings or terminating access to 1VB.

We may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the platform or the wider community.

You may stop using 1VB at any time. Account deletion and data handling are subject to our Privacy Policy.

1VB is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that the platform will always meet your requirements.

We do not guarantee that using 1VB will result in increased server membership, profile engagement or promotional success.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1VB and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
